If so , try to loosen it.
Buckeye1647545503
yes you must losen the allen key, then there is a spanner wrench made to fit the gold coller
Guest nixon
yuh, i loosened that with the allen wrench all the way out. It was just really stubborn. The spanner wrench doesn't come with the eibach coilovers because they're "so easy one hand adjustable". I adjusted them with the help of a friend smile.gif good foot weight on the brake disc to loosen it from the spring.
06busa
Yeah they are easy to adjust until you have them on for a little while and all kinds of dirt and tiny rocks get in the grooves and then make it hard as hell to turn. I took my coilovers off and cleaned everything I could out of them to try and keep them in good shape.
Guest nixon
Yuh, i was thinking of spraying it with a hose to clean them off after getting down there and looking at them. Except i just wiped it off, it was just clay type dirt. If they get any worse with rocks or gravel stuck in the grooves, there's no way i'll be able to adjust it. iwishiwascool
you should put anti-sieze on the range that you expect you might use. A day before adjustment start spraying it down with some PB blaster. I havent had problems moving mine yet. To bad they provide the worst ride ever.
