Buck531 Posted May 1, 2002 Report Share Posted May 1, 2002 Ok, I have some issues with the Tempo.. and I'm hoping someone can give me some advice. When the car sits at idle for a extensive period, the temp guage will go up to the M in Normal. When I kick the heater on, it goes down some. When I give it a lot of gas and let off, each time I do that it goes down a letter. Any suggestions? I'm thinking the coolant needs to be flushed becuase it could be REALLY thick or what not and not going through the engine fast enough (or until I give it some gas). When I drive it normally on the road, it's perfectly fine (as long as I'm giving it gas). Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
