Dropped the bike off to get a cam chain tensioner replaced.The people are friendly but they didn't call until 3 days later to tell me that they "think" its the tensioner, which is what I already told them. Now it's gonna be another week for them to get the part. I'm not impressed. If you live in the Akron/Canton area don't waste your time.
