Does it require the computer to be programmed? To be honest I do not have a before and after dyno of my car when it didn't have the MAFs and when it did. I honestly believed I felt it in the seat of my pants but that is really uncertain since I did upper/lower intake + MAFs + conical air filter all at the same time. It will absolutely work on a 91 and would not require any changes on your computer. It is calibrated now for stock injectors and would pretty much be a true 'bolt in' and move-on item. The reason I moved away from the Granatelli was because I increased my injector size from 19 to 24 and Grantelli wanted way to much to recalibrate the MAFs for me. I hope this helps.
