Akula Posted September 13, 2004 Report Share Posted September 13, 2004 Noaa rules for things like photography of the hurricanes and check this out. http://www.ndbc.noaa.gov/Maps/Florida.shtml You can pull up bouys in the path and inside the hurricane and see the current weather conditions.
