Nate1647545505 Posted July 28, 2004 Report Share Posted July 28, 2004 Windows Movie Maker..comes on Windows XP machines Download it Import the movie into your "collection" (drag and drop it into the collection area) Hit the play button and watch it untill you get where you want to capture Then go to the Tools > Take picture from preview Save it to where you want and whoop, there it is.
