http://bittornado.com/

Download BitTornado and install it. Don't worry about spyware, there is none.

Make a folder somewhere on your HD to put .torrent files. When you click on a link that's a .torrent file, BitTornado will auto-open and ask you where the file should go. Direct it where you'd created your download folder, and it goes to work.

Remember, it downloads in pieces. You can resume a broken download if you find the same, exact file. However, you cannot utilize the file until it's been entirely downloaded. Then BitTornado decodes it into it's parent file you can use graemlins/thumb.gif

An ISO is a "snapshot" of a file. Basically, you use a burning program or a program such as WinISO and it will make an image of a file.

Then, you can do whatever with the ISO, including hosting it on a server, and anyone with a burning program can burn it back into file format or an ISO program can turn it back into a file.
