More than likely the device in question will be highlighted by a yellow circle with a question mark. If so, go download the driver off the internet and install it. Guest powers Posted June 9, 2005 Report Share Posted June 9, 2005 if it is built into the mainboard it will be on the mainboard manufacturers website, If it is a card you need to get the make and model number and go to their website and download it to your desktop and install it from there.
