nurkvinny
My wife and I are in the process of looking for a new house. We were not very pleased with the realtor we used 4 years ago to buy our current house. If any of you have had good experiences with realtors in the Licking County area, or have friends/family members who are realtors, please reply here. The help I am looking for from a realtor is mainly with selling my home. I have access to all of the MLS listing info thanks to a friend who is a realtor out of the area, so I am able to search for a new home myself. Thanks in advance. MrMeanGreen
I just dealt with SamZman's dad, Al. I know he does Licking as we were looking at a few houses just over the county line. Also, Nitrousbird bought his house from him too. (614) 868-1990, Al Stamper Realty smile.gif

desperado
I bought through Todd Dodderer of Key Properties in Johnstown is who I would recommend. He's a pretty good guy, not the norm for realtors. In fact, Joey Roughdabaugh (sp?) who I also worked with at a previous job also works for Key and is a straight forward, no BS type of person. I can't be specific about how, but I family that deals with realtors on a DAILY basis and I know what type of people they are, or a number of them anyhow, I don't want to say that the mindset i hear about is the norm. But if it is these two folks are NOT the norm. And tell either of them that I recomended them, and they will treat you right.
