Zecho
Anyone know where we can get a short kickstand for Jason's bike? He's lowering his 929 2 inches and needs to find one asap.Of course, I told him that if he loses two inches, I'm gonna start calling him Jane. Zecho
The guy J talked to at ask said to buy one, I had thought about cutting it, but assumed there was a good reason not to. Sounds like it's getting snipped.
Chrome
the only reason you wouldn't want to cut it is if you wanted to raise it back up

StealthCat
Cut it and weld it cleanly, then grind off the excess, and paint it black so it all looks like stock. My guess would be the aftermarket shorter stands would be more expensive but the stock ones you can pick up off of ebay for cheap. That way,if you ever want to raise the bike back up,its only going to cost you an extra 20 or something as opposed to an assload more for a shorter kick stand.
