smokin5s
any frame damage?
Browning
the relief cutouts(not sure the real name of these) in the frame just behind the radiator support are slightly. Not anything that would affect the drive or anything. Had a guythat said he used to work at a frame shop, he said nothing to worry about. If you went, I can try and get pics of what Im talking about later this afternoon.
smokin5s
have you ever tried to price out what it would cost to fix this?
Browning
yes, on www.car-part.com most of the parts Deer Creek had, would be from $350-up. Depending on exactly what you want it to look like. I found an Explorer in Newark not long ago, could have gotten everything to fix it for 100, but was low on cash. smokin5s
think about, each 1/4 panel at least 150 was the cheapest I saw, that's 300... radiator, 200 was the cheapest, fan shroud, 150, radiator support, 200, headlight assembly, 150 for each side so that's 300 | 300 - both 1/4 panels | 200 - radiator | 150 - fan shroud | 200 - radiator support | 275 - steering box |+300 - head light assembly ------- 1,425 that right there is over a grand... plus all the other misc things that could be needed as well as paint... and there might be frame damage. Browning
umm, no. Every time Ive priced it, its never totaled over 500. Its cool though, you dont want it. By the way, the radiator support can be used again. And it doesnt need the pass. side fender
