Basics Below: Must Have: High Level Of Networking Knowledge. Cisco Lan/Wan Troubleshooting Experience. (CCNA = Big Plus) VPN Experience Would Be Great (Cisco/Nortel) At Least Basic Telco Troubleshooting. (DS0,1,3, OC / Titan/Alcatel DXC Ect.) Able to rapidly learn the other 100 variations of products we support. 40+ Depending on the experience/ knowledgge/ certs. Big One: Must be someone I know and can vouch for personally.
