300zx Clutch Replacement

I'm really excited about purchasing an 86 300zx turbo off the board. I know a fair amount about cars and have been able to fix any problem that has come up on my cars and many friends cars. However i have never changed a clutch before. ususally if i dont know how to repair/replace something i just ask my uncle, hes a gm mech and transmission specialist, but he is very busy right now and wont have time to help me. If any one has the tools and knowlege to help me replace the clutch i would be willing to pay/buy beer for any help. My tools are some what limited, no air tools or anything cool like that but i have the tools that every mechanically inclined person should own. If no one is able to help i will have to wait about 2 weeks untill my uncle is free, i would rather not wait but, ya gotta do what ya gotta do. Also when i spoke with my uncle he said that the fly wheel or converter dont remember which, would need to be grinded, any info on that would be cool too(why, where, what?!).

 

Im looking mostly for help but any one with useful info would be great too.

i was gonna buy the car but i couldnt afford to pay someone to help me at the moment its the fly wheel that needs grinded give this guy Tyler i know used to be tech at lexus and graduated from fairfield career center at 614-778-6424
