GonneVille
My brother (he posts as Avenger) has some rust damage to the floorpan on his car that he needs to get fixed. It's a fairly large hole, but it's not in structural areas. He'd be removing the bad metal himself, and supply the new sheet metal too. All he needs is someone who can cut the metal to shape and weld it in, it doesn't even have to be pretty, just keep the water out. Is there anyone available to do it? If you can, please drop him an E-mail at dsmdalton@yahoo.com, or send a PM to me, as he can't log on to the board for some reason to check messages. Danke! GonneVille
is it the spot that the e-brake comes through the floor ? (Avenger posting this) Yes, it's that spot. I've pulled the cable out, and ground/cut away all the rusted metal. Coated it with Rustoleum, but that can be wirebrushed off in 5 minutes.
