I can still recall his assertions that Ohio State had absolutely no hope of beating Miami in the title game. You know, I always had the impression that those two, but especially Alberts, said things to intentionally annoy people (e.g., a huge following of Ohio State fans) for the sole purpose of increasing viewership.
