As for how much cash to take, that depends mostly on how much you can afford to lose. At least, that's how I approach things of that sort. If you're talking about the money you'll need for everyday expenses, well, then I'd take as much money there as I would if I were planning to spend the same amount of time in Columbus doing similar things. On a side note, do you have to have your birth certificate? I was positive I knew where it was, but for the life of me I can't find it now.
