yellowsnake Posted October 8, 2005 Report Share Posted October 8, 2005 i have a beater to sell you although it needs some electrical work but not alot. its 86 bronco 2 4X4, auto with overdrive. 131xxx miles. it ran to work and died there 2 days ago. i thought it was the alternater but its not that. a wire goin from the fuse box over to the relay which goes to the + side of the battery got hot and blew the insulation off 2 parts of it. this wire goes to the alternater. so my guess is its a short in the alternater or altr. wire. le tme know if ur interested. will sell pretty cheap.
