  1. Sweet project! For some reason I love the body style of the 80-86 Ford trucks. I look forward to seeing the progress!
  2. It holds 4 shells if i remember correctly.
  3. I have an old Stevens model 67. It looks like it says series 5 or e, I cant tell. Takes 2 3/4 and 3" shells. It was just a fun to shoot at deer creek sometimes, but i just don't need it and have others. Its not perfect but still in decent shape. I will take $95 for it.
  4. There is no other water supply, and I wouldnt bank on the well. This is indeed the building Kevin rented too! I dont have any good pics of the inside, I will get some soon though. The price for anyone on cr is $10,500 too.
  5. I figured someone on here might find this of interest. I have a 24x30 steel building located on a normal size lot near Valleyview on the west side. It has a concrete floor and 220v service. There is a loft in half of it and the other half has a full height ceiling, great for a lift! It would be wonderful for a workshop, storage, or whatever you desire! I'm very motivated to sell it, due to a growing family! I listed it on craigslist for $14,000. I would take quite a bit less if someone could make a sale happen asap though. 9. +1 It sucks mine is finally going down after my many speeding tickets. It was insane to insure my 99 Mercedes C230K with just liability a few years ago(over 1300 every 6 months.).
  10. The cars I grew up around were my favorites when I was young. They included my dads Vettes and 23 Ford T-Bucket, as well as my moms 70 442 (455). Other family and friends cars I loved were a Ferrari 308 GTB, Porsche 944 and 911, and a 69 GTO. My favorite truck was a 87 4 Runner.

  16. Sometimes there is decent deals. I would always go to whitter and look through the fence to see what was there before I went to the auction.
  17. It's nice to have a realtor looking for properties on your behalf. But if you have the time to look for homes on your own you will have more room to negotiate if you go straight to the listing agent. If you bring another realtor into the sale both realtors have to split the comission which generally means less negotiation on price. 20% down for sure, Fixed mortgage. Also it doesnt matter what you offer on a house the realtor has to present your offer to the seller.

  20. Getting a loan for a car means the bank owns it, thats nothing to brag about. He is doing the right thing not going into debt for somthing that is going to lose value. A "nice" car is not somthing that you need but rather somthing you desire. Home loans are another story. 3.1 Cutlass; That is a clean w-body!
  21. Turbo vans are amazing. Let's see the pics.
