Casper
A guy from my work is selling his house. He's already bought a new house, so he kinda needs to sell it quick. I figured I'd post it up on here for him. Its an awesome house. I've been there several times. It has a huge detached two-car garage that is heated. All last winter we played poker in the garage. The place also has a storage shed, a deck, etc. Its a really nice place. His name is Mark Lynde. His email is mlynde@cscc.edu. http://www.herrealtors.com/Property/PropertyDetails.aspx?PropID=2514911

How much are you looking to spend? I can ask him if that's a reasonable offer or not. His office is about ten feet from me.
Bam
Ha, only around $100k. My wife and I are looking for our first home, so we're trying to keep it reasonable. Thanks though but I'm sure it'll go for much more.
MrMeanGreen
Move to Reynoldsburg, plenty in that range and in an excellent school system too. Taxes aren't bad, either

Bam
I honestly wouldn't mind living in Reynoldsburg, I've been to your house and around plenty and it seems very quiet and safe. BUT....that means we'd both have at least a 30 minute commute to work, one way. She works off 270/Sawmill and me up at Tuttle. Combine traffic with gas money, it wouldn't work out too good for us.
