Nitrousbird
I was just given a decent 19" CRT monitor, which I want to go along w/ my 17" monitor. Since both only have the regular analog inputs, and my video card only has a single analog output and S-video output, something's gotta change! - My current video card is a AGP GeForce4 MX 420 64MB unit. Nothing special. - I don't really do any gaming. I do a lot of web surfing, multiple open windows, online video stuff (but don't watch movies on the PC), picture viewing/editing, and minor other stuff like that. So I need a card that can serve my purposes. - Cheap = good. Links to cheap cards = better. - I do have 1 PCI slot still open that could be used, if a second card would be my cheapest route - XP Pro machine Suggestion/links/etc. are all welcome. Remember the cheap part.
MrMeanGreen
I recently picked up a Xmidia GeForce FX5500 256MB AGP 8x card VGA, DVI, S-Video out. $84.99 at Microcenter on Bethel Rd, before the $40 MIR. So, $45 after rebate. I also game with it just fine

Thats for sure. Weve got Matrox cards in the machines at AEP, and they are strictly for dual display purposes.

Nitrousbird
Thanks for the offer, but I don't want a severly downgraded card from what I have. I'm going to take a look and see if I can get a 9600 All-In-Wonder cheap. I also am waiting on a PM back about a 9600XT as well.
Farkas
the radeon x300 is one of their newer cards with plenty of power to do everything you wanna do including the dual video, for a pretty good price.. I would also look into these.
