martindc1 Posted November 9, 2005 Author Report Share Posted November 9, 2005 Wow you are quick, I should be good to go on the gears. Removing the solid axle is what I am concerned about. Do I unbolt the uppers and lowers from the axle housing first and then remove the control arms from the body? Will I need a set of jack-stands for the axle or will my floor jack suffice?
