Anyone Have a Chain tool to loan

I have one, but for a couple more dollars than you would spend in gas coming to get it and back to Akron you could have a new one all to yourself.

Another option would be to get a clip-style master link for your new chain and use that just to get you to a shop to rivet one on for you.
