MrMeanGreen
WOW people, where the fuck is this channel at? The WOW and Starz websites are of no help, and I think the idea of watching a movie when I feel like it is pretty pimp. Thanks

Buck531
is this something we have to pay extra for? or is it already with my digital package?
MrMeanGreen
According to the Starz site, it's included free with the Starz package. WOW gives this as a freebie (the entire package) with digital servcie, which I have. So supposedly, I have On Demand, but cannot find it in my listings. Hit the little guide button on your remote and scroll to the pay-per view listings. On Demand shit is normally grouped around that area -Marc

Nitrousbird
Anthony, you have PPV In Demand, not "On Demand" which is a differnet service. We don't carry On Demand, and probably won't. Why? It isn't a profitable service, and isn't one there is much of a demand for, especially that DVR's have become popular. I know in Time Warner's system, they have a lot of problems with it as well.....I've had a number of former Warner customers complain about it, telling me it only worked 1/2 the time at best. Like any business, if there isn't much of a demand for it, there is no reason for us to carry it. That's not to say we eventually won't; I have a feeling we'll be rolling out a couple cool technologies next year.
MrMeanGreen
http://www.starzondemand.com This is what I'm referring to and wanted to play with. Thanks Joe. Any hints as to the "new technology" being introduced?
Nitrousbird
No hints yet. Actually, we usually don't know until the public finds out. But there are a few cable technologies out there that are being kicked around that should be pretty sweet. Just have to wait and see what they are willing to spend $$ on.
