I ordered a new pack which would replace everything mechanically in mine but the quality isnt what I wanted. So I sent the $700 one back and now I am going to try and just replace the electric motor. My problem is I know nothing about electric motors. I can find them all day long on ebay. On a hot tub you attach what is called a wetend to the end of the motor and thats what pushes the water. So I need to know what type of pump to go with. I need one that at least has the same specifications as my old one or more hp. And I can get the specs off of it but will any motor that matches work.
