I received the title finally in the mail today but the bastard forgot to notarize it. Anyone on here a notary or know how I can get this taken care of? If not, and you do find someone to notarize it (illegally I would guess since they are notarizing his signature) he could potentially say he never sold it to you and you stole they title and forged his signature. Thus the notary could lose their license. You need to find a good friend whos a notary and will go on record and say the seller was present if it ever came down to it.
