I see kits that say something along the lines of front 1.5" rear 1.75" Wouldnt you want it dropped evenly? Why would you want the rear lower? Thanks just curious. Guest Removed Posted March 21, 2006 Report Share Posted March 21, 2006 um the neuspeed springs I had on my Civic 5 years ago said 2.25" drop in front and 2" in the rear.. weird. I guess it depends on the car. Ive installed about 9 set's of springs this year, and have not seen that.. I even had to redo some kid's coilovers, because he put the back springs in the front and vise verse and man , did that car ride like shit...till i fixxed it. Guest Removed Posted March 21, 2006 Report Share Posted March 21, 2006 this was a coilover kit...and it was a newer civic......and yes you are right, in the fact that lowering springs are hard to get on backwards because they are the correct size for the car..but coilover kit's have the sleeves and smaller spring's...I'm thinking there 2.25 in dia.front and rear..
