Depends on the GVWR. If it is over 36,000 lbs, you will need a CDL to go more than 50 miles from your house.

If you do greasecar on it, it will depend on how much of the chemicals you carry with you. I am not sure what the limit of lye and other chemicals you can carry till you need a hazmat placard on the vehicle transporting it.
