After filing a complaint contact: IMPARTIAL SERVICES GROUP

at 1-866-332-3746 to Negotiate with their offer, as they were hired by Chrysler for mediation of this problem

 

Info needed

 

1 Proof of ownership

2 records/copies of all oil changes(if you did them just put mileage intervals and dates on spreadsheet/paper)

3 Diagnostics from repair facility stating failure

4 copy of repair bill and / or estimates(s)

5 VIN#

Chrysler will help out with those bills. However, being some who works in the industry, I've never had plain receipts count towards proof. Certainly, a spreadsheet isn't going to help either without a verifiable RO numbers, dates, mileage, etc.

This is the info i have got from jasper. More info is coming on the update engine etc.

 

BUt this is what i was givin. It also helps too have them speak with the repair shop, and make sure the falT is sludge.
