It is a true working traffic light from cleveland and has been wired up for home use so it will plug directly into a socket and light up. When I went to Athens a couple years back to bid on (and won) Ohio's old swimming scoreboard, the city threw in about twenty old lights that had been replaced with LED compatible ones.
