All boxes and paperwork come with it, as well as the remote and wiring harnesses. Unfortunately, the warranty is through AJRS as it was an insurance replacement when my original was stolen back in March, so if a problem were to arise in the future, I would have to take care of any warranty claims as it is non transferable. This unit plays DVDs, has a 3.5" tft screen, and also reads MP3 and GigaMP3 formats.
