I believe he was knocked out for a moment. That sound you sometimes hear when you knock someone out. (That guy ran into my fist, I swear. California, please let me come back. ) It's a disturbing sound to see and hear. Plus, the guy tries to start the car in the condition it's in. He's gotta be loopy.
