Had been renting it for $1295.00 but will take an offer since we only have until February 15th to get it rented or we have to sell it. It is an Epcon: 2 bedrooms & 1.5 baths first floor, Great Room w/ gas fireplace open to the kitchen, 2 car garage with laundry between the kitchen and garage.
