yotaman88210
Lets say I am training someone to do a certain task, using an application they have never used. Is there a way to record the screen with mouse clicks and all? Does anyone know what Im trying to say... Basically record how to go through the process and save the video of the recording on the desktop so anyone can view it and learn from it. I think I ahve done this before but I dont remember how. THANKS for any help!!!
smokin5s
there is an application called Livelink, it's great for that sort of thing as well as documentation.

yotaman88210
With livelink can you record and save or do you have to connect to the PC they are training on to assit them? The whole point of this is so I dont have to be around to help. I just want it saved.

Akula
Camtasia -- (I am a technology trainer, I am familiar with it). If you just want screen-shots just do alt-printscreen and paste into Word. But if you want a "movie" of what is going on you want Camtasia.
