A guard rail jumped out and hit him. 95 Accord driver rear panel with gas door was damaged. Also a lil damage on the front panel. He just wants the damaged repaired, dent pulled out or what ever is less expensive. Someone told him about $1300 maybe more. Anyone think they can do this for less. Thanks!
