SIGN MY LEASE OVER TO SOMEONE ELSE!! My lease was Originally for 13 months but there is only 6 months left! I would like to lease this over to someone who is going to be a good neighbor to the current tenants.. This apartment is located in Clintonville (4030 N High St). It is close to 315 and I71! Alot of restaurants and nice locations near by.. REALLY LOW CRIME TOO! Far away from the campus... I've had Clean swapped hatches, a turbo 240 and nobody has acted a fool while i've lived here. Management is great and the Neighbors are really nice and quiet too! The apartment is a corner apartment and right above the laundry room.. So you have a full view of the parking lot and 2 big windows while the other apartments only have 1... AND NO NEIGHBORS NEXT TO YA TO CAUSE A RUCKUS! My current lease will be transfered to you with only 6 months remaining, and you will pay NO DEPOSIT to move in!! I'll pay the deposit for you! I pay $429.99 monthly, and that includes water! Gas and Electric are paid seperatly! If you are interested I can definetly arrange for you to come and look at the apartment.. I need this apartment signed over by the end of February!! here are some pictures of the Apartment. Its VERY clean as alot of people who have chilled with me can vouch for that.. New carpet, paint, windows, kitchen..
