Tons of extras like wide moldings, stainless appliances, built-in kegarator, finished basement, hardwood floors, etc etc. 3 acre lot. The below pics tell the story - Call Tom @ 614-354-9030. My wife and I were talking about a new house this year, possible new build on some land, but we'd have to move out farther due to taxes. I won't pay suburban taxes upwards of $6k-9k like on the homes we've looked at. IMO, that's crazy. Sad too as we really like some of the homes we've seen.
