I have a pretty busy race schedule this year so time is pretty limited, but I want to make a couple passes with you guys and learn how to launch well.. I'm only concerned with blowing up the transmission or rear end because both are pretty weak after 150 some odd HP. I have crunched numbers online on those simple E/T calculators and even when I under-estimate my car it says I should run 13.9x. I do realize, however, that the estimates don't include any type of error so it's up to how well I can get off the line. The Black Supra in question is not set up to be a spectacular track car-but I does OK, driver dependant. Ohioko4S4's new whip however-should do quite well from a dig. I think he's referring to the DeLorean edition of the Supra, the MKV, which didn't quite have the internals of its predecessor, the MKIV, but, of course, it did come with a flux capacitor.
