street pilot Posted March 17, 2007 Report Share Posted March 17, 2007 I actually pieced one together almost exactly like that. I had the hose and plug adapter from my compression tester, then just stole the regulator and gauge from my compressor. Only had to get a couple adapters from the hardware store. If you are looking for numbers to the exact %, you may be better off buying one (especially if you have to buy all the stuff anyway).
