exhaust differences, 94 to 95 integra gsr??

so my exhaust rusted out on my 95 gsr. a guy called me and told me he had a stock one from his 94 gsr for sale for 40$. i pick it up, and take it to my dads place to install it. after snapping both bolts at the midpipe/muffler flange (i guess thats what you get from 12 year old bolts), i try to fit the new muffler into place. i get it hung on the rubber hangers, and when i try to mate it up to the mid pipe, i find out its about 2" short, and the flange is completely off...probably 45 degrees, maybe a bit more.

 

so was there a difference in the exhausts from 94 to 95??

 

i need to get this fixed as cheap as possible and as quick as possible. i PMed the guy from slowmotion, since theyre quite close to me. i think as long as i can get 2-3" of pipe and a new flange welded onto the stock pipe, i should be able to bolt it to the muffler

 

any ideas on what this should run me??
