1989 Larson Cuddy 19ft

HAOLE

Recommended Posts

I am looking to sell my 89 Larson. It ha a mercruiser 4cyl. 130 hp with an alpha one out drive. The boat is in good condition for its age. The engine has a fresh oil change and tune-up. Each year it is winterized by one of the marinas in Apple Valley. I have all safety equipment (many adult/child life jackets), two tubes and a brand new fish finder is included.

New:

bellows

shift cable

out drive position sensors

new battery

points, condenser, cap, rotor

The boat runs fine...

I will put the boat in the water here at my house so you can test it.

$4500 OBO

Just so you people know, they still make this motor, so parts are very easy to come by. I just threw a new 3.0L crate motor into my Sea Ray last year, and they haven't done a ton of design changes (block on my old one was trashed, and you can't buy bare 3.0L blocks). Pretty easy motor to work on as well.

Someone needs to buy this and meet up with me on Alum Creek. Seriously though, crackhead pricing...

Dude, I keep forgetting to PM you back.

But yeah, up for cr water meet..... If my motor ever makes it back.

And the recent work done on the back of the boat easily costs a g and wont need done for at least 7-8 years.

The seasonal slips are gone, you will have to get into the drawing this august for the 80 year.

But you can rent the 24 hour ones for 20 or 25 bucks, overnight they are 15. I will leave mine overnight in the courtesy docks.

I did the work with the help of a friend that is a Mercruiser mechanic. All Mercruiser parts were used.

Yeah, you know the prices, Bellows kits retail for ~280, trim senders are ~105, shiftcable is ~150, plus the labor to do it is up there, it is nasty inhumane work.

YEP.... it sucked to do. I would rather do a tranny swap any day.
