The condo overlooks the swimming pool and the club house. the condo doesnt have washing machine hookups but the laundry room is in the club house directly behind the condo. So I gotta get in and do a little work but Ill get some photos up tomorrow for you. Water normally runs around $25, condo fees are included with the $415, gas depends on the weather and how much you run your head and same goes with the electric and A/C.
