I need to tune out a jet stage 1 module.

As you may know, I have a 98 Trans am a4 with 65k. I had a jasper trans put in early last year. I have had the car almost 3 years and it had the module on it since the last owner had it, now after years of heat cycles it has fused it self together and I am unable to remove it. So, I would like someone to maybe tune around it. I would like to also see it on the dyno and then have it set up for spray but I am very afraid what the module might do if it were to react to the spray. I may just need to cut it out or re-harness the whole motor but I need to just know what the best route would be. Also, for right now this is my dd so what are my short and long term options? I know I just may need to wait until I get a new dd.
