Science Abuse
So I'm shopping for a set of cordless electrics, and these BnD "Firestorm" kits are cheeeeeaap. Anyone know if they're total crap or not, have you used them? I've been spoiled by Dewalt stuff at work, but cant afford that right now. Lustalbert
I have not used the B&D firestorm stuff, but I have had good luck with the Craftsman 19.2 kits. If you keep an eye out on the craftsman adds, you can get them on a good deal. FWIW, the Craftsman cordless saw with a masonary or cutoff wheel does a wonderfull job on frame rails. TheHaze
I've used them all with no complaint.

Yeah, my cheap drills for home at the Craftsman 19.2V. They get the job done and the battery lasts pretty long.

Guest Hal
My firestorm stuff works really well. It is not as good as my dewalt stuff, but for general repair/light contruction it does a great job.
