nurkvinny
I'll admit that the one corner of Al Gore's WWW that I know the least about are Newsgroups. I have read countless comments that the best place to find 'anything' you're looking is in newsgroups. What are some good ones? Are they free? Are they psuedo-safe with some good Firewalls in place on your PC? Give me some info.

Mr. Jones
Vince seriously... Newsgroups today are ridiculously easy. Step 1: Download your favorite client. I Love newsleecher personally. (get something that supports nbz's Step 2: Downlaod quickpar or equivolent & winrar or equivolent Step 3: I highly recommend getting a paid usenet service. I like usenetservers.com Step 3: Get an account on http://www.newzbin.com. After this, its pretty much like www warez Go to newzbin, find what you want, click link, it opens and downloads. You par it (verifies file integrity and repairs if it has enough parts) then unzip/ rar it and you have your files. I'd be happy to give you more detail if you like and/or provide assistance in setting this stuff up.
