evan9381 Posted July 16, 2007 Report Share Posted July 16, 2007 ive got 3 green tree frogs we need to get rid of. we dont have the time to take care of them, and we dont have anywhere to put them at this point. frogs were like 20$ for all 3 when we got them they will come with a terrarium, 18" tall, 12" deep, 12" wide, 2 doors on front w/ lock, and will hold about 4" of water at bottom. it has a foam rock wall in the back that you can stick plants into, and if you wish to, you can get a pump (15$) and about 18" of 5/8" tube and have a waterfal from the top of the tank. its pretty cool, its just a little noisy having the water hit, and we keep it in the TV room....top is removable, mesh, and has slots for wires to come out. this was 80$ new in april. also comes with 2 fake plants (5$), filter/waterfall (15-20$ new i believe), and a rock at the bottom (11$ new)...the rock looks like a bridge with "steps" on both sides. also has a rock stuck to the side wall so they have some space to move around. they eat crickets, about a dozen every 3 days, but can go a couple days longer without any problems. we get crickets for .96 cents/dozen at pet supplies plus, but you should be able to get them at any pet shop (petsmart, jacks, etc) 60$ firm. these are actually my g/fs and this is the price she has set. pics http://i7.photobucket.com/albums/y267/evan938/DSC00714.jpg?t=1184554827 http://i7.photobucket.com/albums/y267/evan938/DSC01424.jpg?t=1184555908 edit...ill have the tank fully cleaned out before they go. i havent had time since i just put some crickets in and i dont want them to get out and in my apartment. after a couple days and they die off, the cage will be getting a good cleaning Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
