383 stroker motor?

Vince is correct. You other two are both wrong. To build a 383 you need to machine the block at .030 over, deck the block, and notch the bottom end of the block. Its not just a 400 crank in a 350. Do it and you have all kind of problems. In the my past experience if you want it done it will cost you around $500 at Fowlers Machine Shop. My recommendation would be to go buy an Eagle Rotating Assembly.
