Hell, get a shit block from a junk yard, blue tip the entire casting out to just the shell, touch up with the grinder. With 2 heads, that lid has got to be heavy. I would investigate some warped or cracked aluminum units, hog out the inside, and polish them up. Should be able to build one for 500 or so.
