xTHExBOSSx46 Posted August 6, 2007 Report Share Posted August 6, 2007 i have a gsx-f 600 katana. its a 94. red in color. this bike would be good for anyone learning and wants a cheap bike to learn on. there is a lil bit or rash on both sides of the bike from previous owners. never dropped or laid down while in my possesion. engine runs strong. just changed oil. as stated in a thread in daily ride 2nd gear is out it catches only if u dont hammer it. perfectly rideable. the teeth just dont seem to catch when u hit the throttle hard. could use some new brake pads in the rear. will have pics up tonight. asking $1000 OBO. i dont know what its worth but when i bought it a year and a half ago i paid $1800. any reasonable offer will be taking into concideration. thanks! thorne Posted August 7, 2007 Report Share Posted August 7, 2007 BTW the Kat is a great learner bike it's also a fun sportish bike if your not trying to 180mph runs. The midrange power is more then sufficent for curves and daily fun. I wish I had a G laying around I would get this bike and teach the wife to ride.
