thorne
Does anyone here recharge or know anyone who can recharge freon in a AC Unit? I've cleaned the spokes I've done all the basic trouble shooting I'm pretty damn sure its the freon.

Akula
Is the fan in the outside unit coming on? If not there is a breaker for the outside, located outside, so check that. If that isn't the case and the fan isn't running it is probably the starter capacitor. Is the system icing up, if it is icing up then it is probably low on freon.
