77nova
So I went to juvenile court today for my speeding ticket and the cop didn't show up. After the entire thing the prosecutor came up to me gave me a sheet that said it was dismissed because request of prosecutor. After he gave it to me he said the office can issue me a ticket within a week. My question is, if this is true, and if so how can he issue me the same ticket. 77nova
Well my dad was thinking that they would send certified mail and he could just avoid it but I heard if you avoid it after 3 days then you get have to go to court for avoiding it too.
